Light and signal wiring

Q: I use Lionel O-27 O gauge switches on my layout and was
wondering if there is a way to wire a no. 153 block signal to the
switch so that it indicates the direction the switch is thrown. Since I
don't have lighted lanterns, this would be a big help. Thank you.
